Where can I find my year-end figures?

Year-end figures are available on your December statements. Tax forms and e-Statements are available through Online Banking or the MECE Credit Union Mobile App for members who utilize these free services.

When can I expect my tax forms?

1099-INT: Interest Statement for Deposit Accounts – Mailed by January 31

1099-SA: HSA Withdrawals for the Year – Mailed by January 31

1099-R: IRA Withdrawals for the Year – Mailed by January 31

1098-Mortgage Statement: Interest Statement on Loan – Mailed by January 31

5498-SA: HSA Contribution Statement – Available in May

5498-R: IRA Contribution Statement – Available in May

Once tax forms are created, they are also made available in Online Banking so you may access them any time.

How long can I make HSA and/or IRA contributions?

Members have until Tax Day (April 15) to make contributions for the previous year. For example, 2020 contributions may be made until Tax Day 2021.

What are the Credit Union Holidays?

MECE Credit Union will be closed throughout the year for:

  • New Year’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

If a holiday falls on a Saturday then the Credit Union will be closed the Friday before. If a holiday falls on a Sunday then the Credit Union will be closed the following Monday.

MECE Credit Union has a full array of online services to provide you access to your account 24/7/365.
