Statements, Tax Forms, eStatements and eNotices delay
2023 Year-End Statements and Tax Forms Delayed
We have been made aware that the delayed 1098 & 1099-INT forms are now available through online account and mobile access. You should be receiving an email, if you have not already, letting you know that they are ready for viewing. Paper statements were delivered to the USPS on 01/29/2024 for mailing. We will update this page, letting you know when the paper copies of the tax forms are delivered to the post office.

We have been made aware that the delayed December statements are now available through online account and mobile access. You should be receiving an email, if you have not already, letting you know that they are ready for viewing. 1098 and 1099-INT tax forms are being processed and we will update you when those become available.

As you are aware, our December statements have been delayed due to an unforeseen issue with our statement processor. Our processor, Doxim, has been working diligently to restore their processes and get the delayed December statements out as soon as possible. We have been notified that they have begun working through the backlog of statements from other credit unions, banks, and institutions. December electronic statements should be available in the next few days. They have stated that 1099-INT and 1098 forms will be sent out by the regulatory guideline of January 31. If you have a Visa credit card with us, you may log into your account either online or through the mobile app to see your balance, transactions, amount due, and due date. MECECU's statement provider is experiencing technical difficulties, which is delaying the production of all statements, tax forms, eStatements, and eNotices. They are vigilantly working to rectify this issue to ensure delivery of your statements and notices ASAP.
There are many ways to access your account information until your statements arrive:
• View your transaction history via your online/mobile banking. If you wish to get your online/mobile banking set up, please contact Member Service at 573-634-2595.
• To access your year-end information, you may log into your online/mobile banking then go to each account, scroll to the bottom, and it will reflect your prior year dividends.
• Contact Member Service to have a mini-statement produced that will reflect your December transactions and month-end balances. Member Service can also provide quick tax information.
• You may contact Member Service through a variety of methods: email at firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone 573-634-2595, or by secure messaging through your online banking inside of the support tab.
Our statement provider has indicated to us that all statements and tax forms will be physically mailed and postmarked no later than January 31, 2024 in order to meet regulatory guidelines. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this service delay may cause and thank you for your patience.
