To check the level of your cipher strength,
go to the top of the page and click "Help". On the drop down
box click on "About Internet Explorer". The second line of
information will tell you the cipher strength level. If it
is not 128-bit you will need to go to www.microsoft.com and
download the most current version of Internet Explorer or
download a higher encryption level for your computer. If you
